i was sent a check from this Company: Business Survey, Inc. to become a mystery shop. and then they need me to wire them the sum of 2955.00 back.

he says his name is andy, he keeps calling me and wont stop. i asked him to leave me alone and he keeps at it.

so far today, I received a phonecall from this number. First call, they hung up when I answered (in the morning), and they called back about 4 pm. I did NOT answer the 2nd time, and they did NOT leave a message on my answering machine. We are on the national no-call list. WHY are we receiving these annoying calls?

This is one Sallie Mae's auto-dialer numbers re: student loan payment. The auto-dialer will call student borrower and/or co-borrower 2 -3 time/day.

I have been receiving calls from this number saying I have a loan that I did not repay. I do not have a loan with this company period. They have all my personal info and are threatening to have me arrested.

A call from this number came in. I did not answer it, but saw that it was from "Bank of America." Earlier this year I had a call that Caller ID showed as being from Bank of America, from a city in Idaho that has no branch of Bank of America. That was from a different phone number than the one I am reporting now.
